Description
CEPLATTYN GT RN is a LIGHT-COLOURED RUNNING-IN LUBRICANT FOR OPEN GEARS CEPLATTYN GT RN is a running-in lubricant for Open Gear drives on kilns and mills in the raw materials industry. Together with CEPLATTYN GT P and the operational lubricants of the CEPLATTYN GT range CEPLATTYN GT RN represents the FUCHS LUBRITECH Multi-Phase-Lubrication system for Open Gear drives. temperature range: -10 / +140°C; application temperature >0°C

Field of application
CEPLATTYN GT RN is used to smoothen the tooth surface of newly installed girth gears and pinions and for optimisation of the load carrying pattern.
Method of application
CEPLATTYN GT RN is applied via automatic spray systems. The lubricant quantity should be 2-3 times higher compared to operational lubricant quantities. Prior to each running-in using CEPLATTYN GT RN the gear shall be primed using CEPLATTYN GT P. We also refer to our Instructions for running-in for large Open Gears.
